What Billing Information Will I Receive?

After your visit, you will receive a receipt of payment from me that also includes a description of services received and diagnosis codes.  If you are covered by an insurance plan that includes out of network benefits or if you have a health savings account,  you may be able to submit this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement.

How Much Will I Pay Out Of My Own Pocket For Endocrine Care?

Lab & radiology tests covered according to your insurance plan.

: PRESCRIPTION COVERAGE

How will my medication be paid for?

In general, if you have health insurance, then the medications I prescribe will be covered by your insurance according to your prescription benefit coverage.  Most insurance companies cover prescriptions regardless of whether or not the prescribing physician is a contracted network provider, with the exception of New Mexico Medicaid/Centennial.

If you are covered by a special plan that restricts prescription benefits to a particular network of prescribers, then please contact them to inquire about this issue.

If you do not carry health insurance, I will assist you in creating a medication regimen that can be purchased in cash at the most affordable prices.
